We had a pleasant stay. Our room was modern, well-decorated, and clean. We loved the pool and enjoyed sitting in the small open air area around the reception. the location was great; we were able to explore the town centre of St Francois and the area around the hotel. Breakfast was sufficient and included fresh fruit and pastries.
The wifi was only available around reception and restaurant area.

Nice grounds, clean pool, nicely furnished room. Good breakfast. Resort with comfortable beds, working wifi, great pool. Amazing territory, nice chalets, welcoming staff. Calm, safe neighborhood, close to marina. Liked bungalows and general location. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Fridge in bungalow.
Don't have any issues at all.

I loved the calm and safe neighborhood in which this hotel was located. The hotel facilities were amazing, with a nice terrace to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening, a great pool with long operating hours, and a good internet connection throughout the resort. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

The resort had comfortable bungalows with clean bathrooms and comfy beds. WiFi worked perfectly throughout the resort, and the pool had exceptionally long operating hours, up to 10 pm. the great pool with lots of facilities provided an excellent way to wind down after a long day of exploring the surrounding area.
The resort was quite far from the city, and it took a long time to get there. , we were disappointed to learn that the pool was closed for one day due to repairs, and we missed out on a day of pool fun.

Good amenities and location the hotel offered good amenities, with a nice swimming pool and a well-maintained territory. the location was also convenient, with easy access to the town center and nearby attractions. the room was clean and comfortable.
Poor service and overpriced Unfortunately, the hotel's poor service greatly overshadowed any positive aspects. the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, and the overall service was subpar.
